Project Objective 1 (from month 1 to month 18): Identification of wheat varieties with reduced impact on the immune mechanisms involved in the onset of celiac disease using proteomic and peptidomic methods (Coordinator: Siteia.Parma – University of Parma)

Project Objective 2 (from month 1 to month 24): Identification of agronomic and genetic methods for cultivation and selection of wheat varieties with reduced impact on the immune mechanisms involved in the onset of celiac disease (Coordinator: Biogest–Siteia – University of Modena and Reggio Emilia)

Project Objective 3 (from month 3 to month 24): Preparation of products using wheat with reduced impact on the immune mechanisms involved in the onset of celiac disease. (Coordinator: Ciri Agroalimentare – University of Bologna)

Project Objective 4 (from month 3 to month 24): Evaluation of the risk of development of celiac disease and related autoimmune pathologies using products made with reduced impact wheat. (Coordinator: Biopharmanet–Tec – University of Parma)

Project Objective 5 (from month 1 to month 24): Activities for diffusion and dissemination of the project outcomes. (Coordinator: Reggio Emilia Innovazione s.c.a.r.l.)
